PROCESS

We do extensive research on the incentives, grants and funding facilities available from state-owned enterprises (SOEs); products HS codes with relative comparative advantage (RCA) and real export opportunities (REO) using information available from reputable international trade platforms and consultants; financial, operational and organisational analyses aimed at ascertaining the SWOT from which we determine a product shortlist; engagement with academic institutions and social entrepreneurs to identify the social funding available for each industrial export sector. We aim to increase the value of the organisation by increasing profitability and its intrinsic value by increasing revenue, reducing expenses, and increasing efficiencies through several interventions prompted by the team of specialists in our organisation

 

We DO NOT charge an upfront consulting fee and instead, agree on the tangible, measurable value to be created and walk with the client over a 6 to 12-month period, following which receive compensation if the milestones have been achieved subject to the terms and conditions. If no value is created, no compensation is payable to us.

We follow the process below:

  • Presentation to export client

  • Due diligence – High level

  • Present an export focused value-creation

  • Signing of non-disclosure agreements (NDA)

  • Detailed Financial statement review (historical & projected)

  • Structured interviews with key management personnel

  • Detailed Operational analysis

  • Presentation to export-focused organisation outlining 12-month value creation projected

  • Sign-off: Documentation and agreement to projected outcomes to eliminate ambiguity

  • Progress meetings (monthly)

  • Benefit realisation (after 12 months)
